NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases made through DC Marcus Merch are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been processed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refunds & No Returns Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in good condition and as described. If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrectly fulfilled
Significantly different from the product you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To request assistance, provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or video showing the item and the problem
Any other information reasonably requested by DC Marcus Merch
After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or other remedy.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Items that were used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items ordered by mistake
Customer dissatisfaction where the product matches its description
Gift cards or other non-returnable products, where applicable
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and other product information before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. DC Marcus Merch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
